Thank you Batir Turkmen for sharing his insight to this interesting question with us. Origninally appeared on Quora.
We’ll let him take it away from here:
I work in a dealership myself. The cars we got in the showroom are a dream for many enthusiasts around the world.
Daily I see people passing by who are looking at the cars from outside the glass walls. They are taking pics and selfies. I always tell them to come inside and see the cars closely.
One specific incident happened. Approximately 5 to 6-year-old kids had a dream to see and sit in a Ferrari. The kids’ dad knew someone who is working with the company closely. They reached out to me to give the kids a nice tour. Once they came I showed them all Bugattis, Lamborghinis, Rolls Royces and Bentleys. To my surprise they literally knew about many car details. I took them to the basement to show them our private cars. And sit them in a Ferrari. I started up the car. The happiness in their eyes was endless.
For me it was just 30 mins of my regular day but they will talk about the day lifelong.
Edit: Yes. I am employee at Deals on Wheels— Dubai, UAE.
